Notes

The Tmgc16 mutation was induced in a C57BL/6JRn male mouse and is being maintained on a non-inbred genetic stock that is segregating alleles from C3H/Rl, C57BL/6JRn, "C3.BLiA" and 101/Rl, but also carries Ie (eye-ear reduction) and Gs (greasy), both dominant X-linked mutations whose strains of origin are unknown. This stock is also homozygous for Pde6b⁺, which was introduced via C3.BLiA-Pde6b⁺, a C3H congenic for the wild-type allele from C3BL/LiA.
