Mutation details: The endogenous DQ52 and all four heavy chain J elements were replaced by the rearranged heavy chain VDJ region of hybridoma KL25 5.8 (for a LCMV-neutralizing antibody) and a floxed neomycin resistance cassette. The neomycin cassette was removed in vivo by breeding to Cre deleter mice. This allele is expressed in more than 95% of all B cells.
