Mutation details: Exon 10 was replaced with a floxed neomycin selection cassette inserted by homologous recombination. The deleted region encoded a portion of the Dbl homology domain. Neither full length nor truncated protein was detected by Western blot analysis of splenocytes obtained from homozygous mutant mice.
