Fine mapping of NOD.B10-Idd9.3 subcongenic lines refined the Idd9.3 QTL interval to a 1.2 Mb region on distal mouse Chromosome 4. The interval contains 15 genes, one of which is the candidate gene Tnfrsf9. (Authors refer to Tnfrsf9 as 4-1BB.) The refinedIdd9.3 region spans approximately 146.5 Mb to 147.7 Mb.
