Mapping and Phenotype information for this QTL, its variants and associated markers

The SDP of RI lines between C57BL/6 and atherosclerosis-resistant strain A revealed a gene with similarity to Ath1, Ath2. Evaluation of all available RI lines narrowed the map position of Ath2 to 2% of the genome.
