Insertion
Mutation details: LoxP sites were inserted upstream of exons 2 and 4, surrounding the extracellular membrane and transmemebrane encoding sequences. Transient cre expression excised a floxed neo upstream of exon 2. Southern blot confirmed recombination and excision of the neo. Flow cytometry of bone marrow, blood, peritoneal and splenic B cells in homozygous mice indicated gene expression levels were normal.
