Transgene
description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Inserted expressed sequence)
Mutation:    Insertion

Tg(Myog-Ntf3)5160Wds expresses 1 gene

Mutation detailsThis transgene consists of a 1.58kb fragment of the myogenin promoter, an 800 bp cDNA of the murine Ntf3 gene, and 2.1 kb of the human HGH gene including exons, introns, and a polyadenylation signal. Increased Ntf3 expression is seen the muscles from E11.5 to 5 weeks after birth. Three lines were generated (5150, 5158, 5160), only 5160 was selected for further study. (J:43444)
