Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted
Mutation:    Nucleotide substitutions

Mutation detailsThe introduction of a targeting vector resulted in two amino acid replacements, KLY1062 to KIF1062, within exon 19 and a floxed PGK-neo inserted into intron 19. RT-PCR indicated that the substitutions did not inhibit correct splicing in mutants, nor did the neo create significant differences in protein expression between mutant and wild-type mice. (J:92802)
