Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Recombinase)
Mutation:    Insertion

Thtm1(cre)Te expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsAn IRES-cre cassette and FRT-flanked neo was inserted into the 3' UTR. Crossing with FLP deleter mice excised the neo. Immunostaining demonstrated that the inserted sequence did not interfere with endogenous expression and that cre was expressed in mutant mesencephalon and adrenal gland. Cre expression is also detected in oocytes. (J:93194)
