Notes
Cia32 interacts with Cia5, Cia21, and Cia22 on mouse Chromosome 3.

Interaction between Cia5 and Cia32 affects arthritis severity in the early and late phases of disease in both male and female animals. This allele confers aggressive development of CIA disease in female animals when the Cia5 locus is homozygous for B10.RIII alleles.

Heterozygosity at Cia32 and RIIIS/J-derived alleles at Cia21 decreases arthritis score in female animals with a dominant effect.

Interaction between Cia32 and Cia22 affects arthritis severity in female animals.
