Mutation detailsA gene trap vector containing a beta-galactosidasse gene was inserted 1117 bp downstream of exon 3. This insertion creates a fusion between the first 138 amino terminus amino acids and beta-galactosidase. This allele is hypomorphic with 0.4% of wild type transcript detected at E14.5.
