• Mutation details: An Apoe enhancer and human SERPINA1 promoter drives expression of a mouse full length Tnfsf12 cDNA. Quantitative PCR detected high levels of expression in the liver and lower levels in the kidney. Two lines were generated which differed in the level of expression.
