PRKAG2 (51422) |
Transgene codes for a protein with an arginine to glutamine mutation. |
Mutation details: This transgene consists of the human PRKAG2 cDNA with a substitution of an arginine for glutamine at amino acid residue 302 under the control of the cardiac specific alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter. Expression of the transgene was confirmed by Northern analysis. Three lines were made but the reference does not distinguish between them. Data may have been pooled from more than one line.
