• Mutation details: The mouse amelogenin promoter was used to drive expression of dentin phosphoprotein ectopically in the enamel organ. Mice derived from line 13 are representative of lines 10, 46, and 53. all of which carry a single copy of the inserted transgene construct. Line 47 carries more than 10 and probably around 23 copies of the insert and displays a diverging phenotype. (J:101218)
