Mutation details: This allele contains a single loxP site in place of DQ52, following cre mediated deletion of a floxed neomycin resistance cassette and HSV-tk that had been inserted in place of DQ52 and all its flanking sequences. In addition, the targeting vector replaced a wild-type HindIII site between JH3 and JH4 with an EcoRV site.
