Mutation detailsTargeting vectors containing loxP sites in the DiGeorge syndrome critical region gene 2 and armadillo repeat gene deleted in velo-cardio-facial syndrome were introduced into ES cells in trans. Subsequent transient cre expression in ES cells containing loxP sites on opposite chromosomes resulted in the reciprocal duplication of the Dcgr2-Arvcf interval. (J:64380)
