Mutation details: Rearranged mouse alpha and beta TCR were derived from DNA of the 5C.C7 T cell clone which originated from mice immunized with pigeon cytochrome c. The Tcr Valpha11.1 JalphaC7 construct lacks the 3' alpha enhancer and the Tcr Vbeta3 Dbeta1.1 Jbeta1.2 construct includes the endogenous 3' beta-chain enhancer. The transgene is expressed in more than 95% of all CD4+ cells on the original B10.BR background.
