Mutation details: An exon 3 that contains a nucleotide substitution that results in the amino acid substitution of serine with alanine at position 155 (p.S155A) was knocked into the locus. An FRT site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette was inserted into intron 4. The neo cassette was removed by germ-line, flp-mediated recombination. The mutation prevents phosphoralyzation of residue 155 in the encoded protein.
