Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout, Reporter) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Vector: ZEN-Ub1 Mutation details: The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 2235bp between positions 3464930-3467164 of Chromosome 11 (Build GRCm39). The lacZ and floxed neomycin resistance cassette replaced the coding sequence. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in the brain. (J:136110, J:203545)
