Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Chemically induced (ENU)
Mutation:    Single point mutation

Mutation detailsENU-induced A to T transversion at position 74078 of the genomic DNA sequence (Genbank genomic region NC_000067 for linear genomic DNA sequence of Ptprc). The mutated residue corresponds to nucleotide 1407 and nucleotide 990, respectively, in the cDNA sequences of Ptprc isoform 1 (NM_001111316) and isoform 2 (NM_011210). The mutation converts lysine 422 (isoform 1) or 283 (isoform 2) of the CD45 protein to a stop. (J:152064)
Inheritance:    Recessive
