Tg(CAG-EGFP,RNU6-RNAi:Sly)367Psb involves 1 genes/genome features (Sly) View all

Mutation detailsA CAG promoter drive ubiquitous expression of EGFP and the human U6 shRNA promoter (RNU6) drives ubiquitous expression of a short hairpin RNA targeting Sly. Two lines were created (line 136 and 367). Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of endogenous Sly protein expression in both lines. Line 367 was selected as the representative line. (J:155571)
