• Mutations: Insertion, Nucleotide substitutions
• Mutation details: A floxed neo cassette was inserted upstream of exon 3 and a loxP site followed by a modified exon 3 was inserted downstream of exon 3. The modification results in the amino acid substitution of alanine for threonine at position 156 (T156A). Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:155391)
