description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Conditional ready, Humanized sequence, Inserted expressed sequence, Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1(ITK/SYK)Jrld expresses 2 genes

Mutation detailsA cDNA for the fusion of human ITK-SYK, which is preceded by a splice acceptor and floxed neo cassette and followed by an IRES-eGFP and polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into the locus. Cre mediated recombination is required to induce expression of the fusion cDNA. This fusion was identified peripheral T cell lymphoma patients with the chromosomal translocation t(5;9)(q33;p22).
