Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: An FRT-flanked neo cassette with a 3' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 7. An additional loxP site was inserted downsteam of exon 10. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed exons 7 through 10. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in the testis. (J:194119)
