description
Allele Type:    Chemically induced (other)
Mutation:    Undefined

Mutation detailsThis allele was identified from the results of a noncomplmentation test with Bicc1jcpk. The mutation is linked to the breakpoint in Chr 10 of reciprocal translocation T(2;10)67Gso and contained within a 500-kb region. High resolution mapping shows Ank3 is immediately proximal and Tfam distal to the region containing this mutation. FISH and genetic mapping data indicate that this allele is in or near overlapping BAC clones RP23-200D18 and RP23-348F2. (J:82437)
Inheritance:    Recessive
