Mutation details: Exon 20 was replaced with one in which nucleotide substitutions result in the amino acid substitutions of lysines for histidines at positions 993 and 997 (H993K and H997K). A floxed neo cassette was inserted upstream of the modified exon. The absence of protein expression was confirmed by western blot analysis.
