Intragenic deletion

Mutation details: Molecular Notes: Exon 2 of the gene was replaced with the FRT site-flanked neomycin cassette. Exon 2 deletion generates a frame shift causing premature termination of the protein. The neomycin cassette was removed by crossing with filppase-expressing mice. No protein product was detected by western blot in peripheral blood neutrophils from homozygous mouse.
