• Mutation details: The transgenic construct was composed of an 11 kb fragment of the Lhx2 promoter which also contained the first 36 bp of the coding sequence, fused in-frame with cre cDNA. An SV40 polyadenylation sequence was added. Two founder lines were obtained upon pronuclear injection of the construct. One of the founder lines was chosen for further analysis. (J:176341)
