Mutation detailsAn 830 kb deletion was induced by cre mediated recombination between Evx2/Hoxd13tm5.1(Hoxd11/lacZ)Ddu and Atf2tm3Nicj . The deletion encompasses from just upstream of HoxD13 to Atf2. Expression of Hoxd10, Hoxd11, Hoxd12, and Hoxd13 is fully abrogated in the distal region of the developing autopod. The deletion region includes the global control region (GCR), Prox regulatory element and regulatory islands I-II and III-V. (J:178930, J:192248)
