Mutation detailsThis transgene contains the mouse Thy1 (thymus cell antigen 1, theta, promoter (Thy1.2)) promoter driving expression of the full-length human dynactin 1 (DCTN1) cDNA sequence. A missense mutation associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), G59S, was introduced into dynactin cDNA encoding the p150 subunit. A FLAG tag was also introduced at the C-terminal. Line M2 was generated. (J:132857)
