• Mutation details: A construct was generated in which a nuclear localized cre recombinase sequence (nlscre) was inserted between an HSPA1B (HSP68) minimal promoter and a 4.1 kb Nfatc1 intron 1 fragment (Nfatc1 enhancer). This construct was microinjected into fertilized eggs. Multiple lines were obtained. Specific founder information was not available. (J:185683)
