Allele Type: Targeted Mutations: Insertion, Nucleotide substitutions Mutation details: The second and third coding exons were replaced with a fused set of exons including two nucleotide substitutions that result in the amino acid substitutions of arginine for lysine at positions 630 and 716. A floxed neo cassette was inserted between the last two coding exons. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. (J:186503)
