Mutation detailsCre-mediated recombination and telomere seeding resulted in the transfer a portion of human chromosome 7 (from the AC004922 and AF006752; including the CYP3A cluster) onto the human artificial chromosome (HAC; SC20) generated from human chromosome 14. The HAC contains an GFP, loxP site and hygro cassette at AC004922 locus. A xenobiotic-responsive element results in liver-specific expression of the CYP3A-HAC induced by rifampicin treatment.
