Allele Type: Targeted (Not Applicable) Mutations: Insertion, Nucleotide substitutions Mutation details: Exon 22 was replaced with a modified version in which nucleotide substitution results in the amino acid substitution of aspartic acid with asparagine at position 892 (p.D892N) in the encoded protein. This mutation is predicted to produce a kinase dead product. The loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette that was inserted into intron 21 was removed through subsequent cre-mediated recombination. (J:195237)
