Allele Type: Targeted (Conditional ready, Hypomorph, Reporter) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: A loxA2 site was inserted downstream of exon 3. An FRT-flanked hygromycin resistance cassette with a loxA2 and GFP was inserted downstream of exon 3. Flp-mediated recombination removed the hygromycin resistance cassette. Authors state that this allele is hypomorphic. (J:179977)
