Mutation details: The J1-3 regions were replaced with a VkOx1 promoter, the VkOx1 split leader sequence, a rearranged human light chain sequence of the HIV-1 antibody 4E10 (a self-/polyreactive, anti-gp41 BnAb) and a floxed neomycin resistance (neo) cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette.
