Mutation details: The targeting construct introduced into the locus a floxed neomycin resistance/stop cassette and a fusion of the EBV B95-8 strain Lmp1 coding sequence encoding amino acids 1-190 and the human cDNA encoding amino acids 223-280. This fusion generates a constitutively active receptor that is only expressed after cre-mediated removal of the stop cassette.
