Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Mutation details: A targeting vector was designed and used in which the DUF1220 domain extending from the middle of exon 31 through most of exon 32 was deleted. In addition, a floxed PGK-neo cassette was inserted in intron 32. Western blot analysis revealed no detectable difference in protein levels. (J:216968)
