• Mutation details: The construct is designed with the CMV-IE enhancer/chicken beta-actin hybrid promoter (CAG; from the pCAGGS vector), a loxP-flanked transcriptional STOP cassette (containing beta galactosidase and a polyadenylation signal), and the soluble form of the murine urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (Plaur) gene.
