Immunoblot analysis confirmed the absence of protein in dorsal root ganglion (DRG), spinal cord, hindpaw skin, and bladder tissue from adult homozygous mutant mice. Note: the knocked-in GFP was undetectable in mutant DRG and spinal cord neurons. (J:217933)
