QTL Tgl4 maps to 49-81 Mb (31-49 cM) on Chromosome9 with a peak LOD score of 5.5 at 67 Mb (39 cM) in linkage with plasma triglyceride level. 129S6/SvEvTac-Apoe alleles confer increased plasma triglyceride levels.
