QTL Bglu12 maps to 48.3 - 78.3 cM on Chromosome 1 with a peak LOD score of 3.94 at D1Mit495 (60.3 cM) in linkage with plasma blood glucose level. C.129P2(B6)-Apoe^tm1Unc alleles confer increased susceptibility to higher plasma blood glucose levels on Chow diet with an additive mode ofinheritance.
