The largest effect was seen when when homozygous STS/A alleles at Ltpr7b were inherited in combination with homozygous BALB/c alleles at Ltpr3c which caused more than 300 times higher CCL3 serum levels than when Ltpr3c was homozygous for the STS/A alleles.
