Allele Type: Targeted (Conditional ready) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 4. An F3 site flanked pyromycin resistance cassette with a 3' loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 4. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection markers and left exon 4 floxed. (J:226210)
