• Mutation details: This allele produced from project TCPR0264 at TCP by injecting Cas9 mRNA and one guide RNA with the spacer sequence GAAAGATAAAGAAGCTGTCG. This resulted in an indel comprised of an 8-bp deletion on Chr15 from 8176272 to 8176279 bp (GRCm38) and a 4-bp insertion of AGAA into exon 6 (ENSMUSE00000337126). This mutation is predicted to cause a frameshift with the animo acid changes after residue 160 and early truncation 19 amino acids later (p.W161Kfs*21). (J:165963)
