Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Null/knockout)
Mutations:    Insertion, Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThis allele produced from project TCPR0331 at TCP by injecting Cas9 mRNA and one guide RNA with the spacer sequence GGGAAGGCAACGGATCGCTG. This resulted in a 4 bp deletion from Chr8:90270347 to 90270350 in ENSMUSE00000331868. This mutation is predicted to cause a frameshift with amino acid changes after residue 96 and early truncation 53 amino acids later (p.S96Rfs*55). (GRCm38). (J:165963)
