• Mutation details: A SDC4 exon 2 to ROSI exon 32 fusion cDNA bearing a FLAG-tag at the N-terminal is under the control of a type 2 alveolar epithelium-specific human surfactant protein-C promoter. Six lines (127, 141, 139, 130, 036, and 028) were established. Immunoblotting analysis confirmed expression of fusion-gene product in lung tissues. (J:231770)
