Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Null/knockout)
Mutations:    Insertion, Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsThis allele produced from project TCPR0313 at TCP by injecting Cas9 mRNA and one guide RNA with the spacer sequence CCTTTCCGGGAGCGGTGGCG. This resulted in a 15-bp deletion from Chr1:85903021 to 85903035_insT (GRCm38) in ENSMUSE00000330277. This mutation is predicted to cause a frameshift with amino acid changes after residue 48 and early truncation 40 amino acids later (p.R48Efs*42). (GRCm38). (J:265051)
