Mutation details: The human Fc Fragment of IgA Receptor (CD89) a.1 isoform in under the control of the 1.7-kb mouse Itgam (CD11b) promoter that confers high levels of expression on monocyte/macrophages. Three lines, 73, 83, and 96 were generated. The level of transgene expression is about 10-fold higher on macrophages from line 83 than the other two lines.
