Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Endonuclease-mediated (Null/knockout)
Mutation:    Intragenic deletion

Mutation detailsA 104bp deletion, which contains the entire precursor-miR-185 encoding sequence, was deleted by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology. The deleted sequence lies within intron 1 of the overlapping Tango2 gene; however, real-time PCR analysis indicated that Tango2 expression in homozygous mutant mice was unaffected. (J:278853)
